Had to have spa connected to pool completely redone. New tile work and interior recoated. Also, recoated entire deck area. They did an amazing job- looks better than when it was brand new. From the first-site meeting, my wife and I knew that Ivy Creek was the company that we wanted to install our pool. The 3-D design was amazing and gave us very realistic expectations. The project began when they said it would, and we were always updated on work that was to be completed that week, and follow on steps to come. The finished pool and landscaping exceeded what we saw in the 3-D design. The build team worked tirelessly on even the smallest details to ensure a truly professional install, and that we were satisfied at each phase. During the build, it was comforting to receive timely updates, and the finished product is amazing…. Everything we wanted and more ! At the design phase, we were told that they wanted the pool to look like it was always here. It fits perfectly into our backyard patio area, and has made an incredible addition to our entertaining space. I found Ivy Creek to be fantastic to work with. Starting with the sales & design team (and about design, Brandon made an unbelievably accurate 3D video of what my pool could look like, so I could actually "see" it in my backyard) to the guys on my installation team (who were great: courteous, fun to work with, and most importantly, very knowledgeable & open to answering any & all of questions as a first-time pool owner).

Ivy Creek finished our custom pool and landscaping job ahead of schedule and on budget, and were highly communicative and supportive throughout the entire process. Martin went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, even on topics beyond Ivy Creek's scope. Ivy Creek also worked very well with our neighbors and other contractors on-site, always proactively communicating and making sure everyone was in the loop. Overall, we highly recommend Ivy Creek for anyone looking for a custom pool or patio!

Brandon and his wonderful team just finished up my backyard and pool build and I can’t say enough about how amazing it turned out. From start to finish I had the best experience working with this company. Aside from how beautiful my back yard is, the crews were so great to work with and made the whole project really enjoyable. I was a little hesitant to start such a big project while managing work and the kids but after meeting the team I walked away feeling very confident about it and decided to pull the trigger. There was never a moment I felt I didn’t know what the plan was for the week and if I ever had questions about something I was immediately receiving a phone call or text from one of the team. These guys are very transparent, attentive, and organized. I do also want to comment on the attention to detail that they put into their work. They’re very passionate this stuff and won’t leave until things are perfect. The whole

We built a pool with Ivy Creek in 2025 and would recommend them to anyone considering an outdoor living space. Brandon (owner) first met with us in person to listen to our ideas and quickly helped create a plan and budget for our backyard pool and patio project. From the very beginning, their team was clear, communicative, and genuinely invested in bringing our vision to life. Every step of the process was handled with care and professionalism.

The grading of our space being on a sloped yard was challenging to navigate in the initial building phases and Martin (our project manager) handled those complicated issues with knowledge, expertise, and patience. Although this and a rainy season created significant delays in finishing the project according to the original timeline, we were pleased with the end results and can say “it was definitely worth the wait!” The final result is beautiful, functional, and has already become our favorite place to unwind and spend time with family.

Ivy Creek just completed a new patio and putting green in my yard. I had gathered multiple proposals from companies and while Ivy Creek wasn't the cheapest, they managed to exceed my expectations in every facet of the project. From the initial meetings with David and Brandon S. for 3D design and product selection and later with Brandon G. (owner), to working with Joe, Alvarez and their crew, the work was top notch. Trust me when I say they are absolutely OUTSTANDING. The owner checked in with me regularly throughout the project, while Joe was both thorough and visionary in his approach from turning ideas and challenges into a beautiful reality. He had great ideas, suggestions, and solutions to a variety of questions I would pepper him with almost daily. He was always extremely professional, prompt, and thorough with each response.

The project itself took about 6 weeks in total, but considering the strange weather, combined with a sloped yard, it was a reasonable timeframe. And the results speak for themselves.

From day, one, the guys at Ivy Creek were professional, courteous, and experts in their craft. Brandon put us at ease, and made sure that our vision came to life, working through any little hiccups that popped up along the way. A huge shout out to JOE for his flawless project management, and to his whole team of professionals. I’m a stickler for people showing up when they say they’re going to, and keeping a clean worksite. This team was immaculate and punctual every single time!

This was a big project for us, and we were emotionally invested in this new chapter in our family/home experience. Ivy Creek absolutely delivered, and we are so proud of the showpiece we have for the rest of our time here. Well done!

We went through an entire two-year expansion and construction process for our shop, and out of all the subcontractors involved, this team truly stood out. From start to finish, they were extremely communicative, professional, and respectful of the job site, always keeping things clean and organized throughout the project. The paver stone installation was done beautifully, and the quality of their workmanship really shows. Brandon, Joe, and the entire crew exceeded our expectations in every way. When we decided to get a fabulous new spa for our back patio, we thought we were just going to extend our existing patio to accommodate it. After finding out our current pavers were discontinued, we had to come up with a whole new plan and we are thrilled we used Ivy Creek Pools & Patios to create a much better layout and design! Joe and Brandon were fabulous to work with! Their attention to detail and amazing communication with us throughout the process was very much appreciated. Their crew always cleaned up at the end of the day and I found that to be impressive. Cannot recommend them enough!

Just wanted to share my experience with Ivy Creek Pools & Patio's. The whole team is fantastic from David helping with the design to Martin overseeing the installation. These guys communicate every step of the way from daily text on what time they will arrive , what work will be completed , to personal Q/A's of the current project. The crews working kept a clean tidy environment and made sure the fence was closed up every evening for the animals :). I would have no hesitation working them again or recommending them to my family and friends. Thanks Brandon, Martin, and David for all the hard work

I am a home builder. Ivy Creek pools did a pool on a townhouse that I had built. At first I was weary because the homeowner picked the pool company and I was working with guys I’ve never met before. This was a complicated situation with trying to build a pool with limited access in a townhouse community. Martin was my PM and he was very good about always answering the phone. We did come across quite a few hiccups, but mainly because the homeowner had changes throughout the process and it was quite confusing as to whether I was the client or he was. In the end, we got it done and the closing happened. I can see the homeowner has left a very positive review as well which makes me happy since he was my buyer as well.

Ivy Creek’s whole team was wonderful! Great communication from the beginning and worked with me to understand the full process and help with my selections! Super happy with the guns result of my pool and patio that we fit inside my fenced duet! Made sure everything was good and followed up a few time! Would recommend!
